Sintra AI is one of the more practical attempts to turn generative AI into an operating system for everyday business work. Instead of giving you one blank chatbot, it provides specialized AI Helpers for social media, copywriting, email, sales, SEO, customer support, data analysis, recruiting, and administration — all connected to a shared business knowledge layer called Brain AI.
I have used Sintra in real content and media workflows and have produced several videos about the platform. My conclusion after working with it is positive: Sintra is especially useful for small and midsize businesses that need broad operational support but do not want to engineer a custom AI-agent stack from scratch.
Inside this Sintra AI review
Sintra AI is a workspace-based platform that packages large-language-model capabilities into specialized business assistants. The official product calls them AI Helpers. Each Helper has a role, a set of ready-made use cases, access to the shared Brain AI knowledge base, and — when authorized — connections to external business applications.
This matters because a conventional chatbot normally starts with limited context. You repeatedly explain your company, audience, tone of voice, offers, processes, and previous decisions. Sintra’s model is different: you create a workspace for a company, brand, client, or project; add its knowledge; then allow multiple Helpers to use that controlled context.
In practical terms, Sintra sits between a general chatbot and a custom automation platform. It is more structured and business-oriented than a blank AI chat, but easier to configure than building agents, retrieval pipelines, databases, permissions, and automations yourself.
Sintra’s interface is friendly, but the useful way to evaluate it is as a stack of five connected layers.
A workspace contains its own Brain AI knowledge, chats, integrations, tasks, and Helpers. This is important for agencies or operators managing multiple brands because client information should not leak from one project context into another. The workspace model also makes it easier to invite team members while keeping individual Helper conversations private.
Brain AI stores the material that makes the Helpers specific to your business: brand guidelines, product information, customer profiles, website pages, FAQs, text snippets, images, videos, spreadsheets, PDFs, and other supported files. It is effectively a curated retrieval layer shared by the Helpers in that workspace.
This is the feature that most improves output quality. A generic instruction such as “write a launch email” gives any AI too much room to invent assumptions. A well-maintained Brain AI can give the email Helper the correct product name, audience, positioning, tone, offer, and terminology without rebuilding the prompt every time.
The Helpers are not twelve independent foundation models. They are specialized working environments built around business roles, instructions, tools, and reusable use cases. They can draw on the same Brain AI context, which is more useful than having twelve isolated chats.
With permission, Sintra can connect to applications for email, calendars, social media, storage, analytics, CRM, accounting, project management, development, and more. According to Sintra’s current documentation, its integration catalog is powered by Composio and covers more than 1,000 connectors. Sintra does not currently provide a public API, so most non-technical users will rely on these built-in connections.
Recurring tasks can run on a schedule, while integrations enable actions such as drafting or sending emails, scheduling social posts, fetching analytics, saving files, and producing recurring summaries. This turns Sintra from a collection of writing bots into a lightweight operations layer.
Sintra currently organizes its core Helper team around common business functions:
| Helper | Role | Useful real-world tasks |
|---|---|---|
| Soshie | Social Media Manager | Content ideas, calendars, captions, repurposing, scheduling and social workflows. |
| Penn | Copywriter | Landing-page copy, scripts, ads, hooks, product descriptions and brand messaging. |
| Emmie | Email Marketer | Campaigns, nurture sequences, subject lines and promotional emails. |
| Milli | Sales Strategist | Outreach, proposals, sales scripts, follow-ups and negotiation preparation. |
| Cassie | Customer Support | FAQ-based replies, support drafts, inbox workflows and service documentation. |
| Dexter | Data Analyst | Reports, summaries, business metrics and recurring performance analysis. |
| Buddy | Business Strategist | Market research, positioning, competitor analysis and growth planning. |
| Seomi | SEO Specialist | Keyword research, SEO briefs, blog workflows and basic website audits. |
| Vizzy | Virtual Assistant | Administrative planning, reports, files, images, scheduling and day-to-day support. |
| Commet | E-commerce and Web | Product work, online-store content and conversational website building. |
| Gigi | Personal Development | Goals, habits, reflection and personal productivity. |
| Scouty | Recruiter | Job descriptions, candidate communication, interviews and hiring workflows. |
The best approach is not to activate everything at once. A small company should identify two or three bottlenecks first. For example, a marketing-led business could begin with Soshie, Penn, and Seomi; a service company might start with Cassie, Emmie, and Vizzy. Once those workflows are reliable, other Helpers can be introduced gradually.
The prebuilt Helpers cover broad roles, but many businesses need something narrower: an assistant trained around a founder’s methodology, an internal content framework, a specific client service, or a repeatable approval process. Sintra’s Agent Builder lets users create a custom Helper with its own persona, instructions, skills, knowledge, and avatar.
This is the feature I focused on in my own video. I created a Helper around my experience in media and AI video production, rather than asking a generic assistant to imitate that expertise from a single prompt. For consultants, agencies, educators, and specialist service providers, this can be more valuable than the standard Helpers because it captures a repeatable way of working.
Watch: my practical introduction to Sintra AI, its specialized Helpers, and how the Custom AI Helper Builder can turn personal expertise into a reusable assistant.
A custom Helper still needs testing. Clear boundaries, good source material, examples of acceptable output, and a review process matter more than an attractive avatar. The builder lowers the technical barrier, but it does not remove the need for operational design.
Sintra’s built-in connections are one of its main advantages for small businesses. The current catalog includes services such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Trello, Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Google Analytics, QuickBooks, Xero, GitHub, Jira, Figma, and SEMrush.
The important word is permission. A connected Helper can only work within the access granted to it. Sintra states that Helpers do not take external actions unless the user asks or configures a scheduled automation. In a real company, I would still apply the same principle used with human staff: minimum necessary access, approval before public publishing, testing on low-risk workflows, and periodic review of connected accounts.
There is also an automation-depth limitation. Sintra handles useful scheduled and integration-driven routines, but its documentation notes that complex chained multi-step workflows are still developing. If your operation depends on deeply conditional automation, custom APIs, or engineering-level orchestration, a dedicated automation platform may still be required.
Pricing changes with promotions, billing term, platform, and location, so the checkout page is the final authority. As of this September 2026 review, Sintra’s official Help Center lists the standard Sintra X plan at $97 per month or $468 per year paid upfront. The annual figure works out to $39 per month. Promotional pages may show lower temporary prices.
Sintra X includes all twelve core Helpers and a monthly pool of 250 credits. Advanced operations consume credits, and additional monthly top-up packages are available. That makes credit economics important: a company should measure which automations save meaningful time instead of spending credits on tasks that a normal chat can complete cheaply.
The subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, but cancellation alone does not trigger a refund; Sintra says the customer must contact support within the eligibility period.

Start by testing one real process — not a generic demo prompt — and compare the time, revisions, and consistency against your current method.
Sintra says data is encrypted in transit, but its own guidance recommends removing or changing sensitive and personal details before uploading files to chats or Brain AI. That is sensible advice. Do not treat any cloud AI workspace as a reason to upload unrestricted customer, employee, legal, financial, health, or credential data. Establish a data policy before connecting production accounts.
| Area | Sintra AI | General AI chatbot |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Role-based business Helpers and ready-made workflows | Flexible blank conversation |
| Business memory | Shared Brain AI knowledge across a workspace | Projects, files, or custom instructions depending on the product |
| Integrations | Large no-code connector catalog and Helper actions | Varies by plan, app, and custom setup |
| Custom agents | No-code custom Helper Builder with persona, knowledge and skills | Custom GPTs/projects or developer-built agents |
| Automation | Recurring tasks and supported integrated workflows | Often requires external tools or development |
| Best user | Business owner who wants guided operational workflows | User who values maximum flexibility and direct model access |
The wrong question is “Can ChatGPT write the same paragraph?” In many cases, it can. The better question is whether your team benefits from Sintra’s packaging: shared context, roles, reusable workflows, integrations, approvals, and recurring tasks in one interface.
If you already have a carefully designed stack built around ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom APIs, Sintra may overlap with tools you already operate. If you are a small business owner who does not want to assemble that stack, Sintra’s convenience can be the product.
